Why use Auto-Gard® Super Protectant?
Consider it a sunscreen and moisturizer for your cars
vinyl, rubber trim and leather! Vinyl materials that are
used both in and outside of automobiles are subjected
to detrimental weather conditions. The most harmful element
from the sun is ultraviolet radiation. The same rays that
can give you a severe sunburn, react with vinyl materials
causing the polymers to break down. This results in a
loss of "plasticizer" which is a "conditioner"
used in the manufacture of vinyl materials. This effect
can be seen as drying, cracking, stiffening, and dulling
of the vinyl surface. Using a protectant helps prevent
plasticizer loss and helps screen out those harmful ultraviolet
rays. Regular use will prolong the life of vinyl.
What is Auto-Gard Color Glaze®?
A quick and easy auto polish that helps hide imperfections
in your cars finish by laying down and locking in pigments.
With Color Glaze®, you don't have to clean up any
white, powdery residue.
When is the best time to apply Auto-Gard Carnauba
Car Wax?
Auto-Gard Carnauba Wax can be applied in most weather
conditions, however, the finish should not be hot to
the touch. We recommend waxing in temperatures between
55° and 85°F as it allows the wax to properly
"set and bond" to the finish. If it's too
hot out or if applied in direct sunlight, you can get
a dry coating which makes buffing difficult. If it's
too cool the solvents are inhibited from evaporating
and properly bonding to the finish.
What is the best way to dry my car before I
apply a wax?
Auto-Gard Super Chamois or Sponge. It is best to start
at the top of the vehicle and work your way down.
What is the purpose of the Auto-Gard Tire Shine
and Protectant?
To keep your tires look like showroom new. Auto-Gard
Tire Shine and Protectant contains silicone oil, polymers
of resins with shine enhancing properties giving your
tires that high gloss, wet-look shine. It also prevents
brittleness and cracking.
What is Auto-Gard Anti-Flat Tire Sealant and
how does it works?
Auto-Gard Tire Sealant prevents flats, extends your
tire's life and reduces down time. This solution is
poured into the tire through the air valve. As you start
driving, the sealant coats the tires interior wall.
When the tire is punctured, the rotating tire's centrifugal
force pushes the Auto-Gard tire sealant on the hole,
which then creates a temporary block. As these materials
come in contact with the air, they solidify, creating
a more permanently seal. It works so well that the puncture
is sealed while you are driving. You won't have flat
tire at all.

Hardware, True Value, Handyman, Landmark, and Auto parts
chains; CATS Alabang & Greenhills, CFG Cebu, etc.
